How to configure which emails Crucible sends?

Hi,

We would like Crucible to send out an email to reviewers to notify them of a new review. However, we do not want to received emails that comments have been made against a review. Can this be turned off?

Per user there are settings in Crucible which decides how the user receives the mails. http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Changing+your+User+Profile (Reviews Tab)
