How do I remove the 5 unwanted logins from Fisheye without deleting them from Jira

Just installed Fisheye v4.8.6, already have Jira v7.0.0 with the latest update.
In Fisheye, getting the following message:
You have exceeded the maximum number of users for Fisheye
In Fisheye, Admin > Users page, displaying the 9 active Jira users.
When selecting Delete, error, not allowed to delete user 'prevostc' from directory 'Jira Server'
How do I remove the 5 unwanted logins from Fisheye without deleting them from Jira?
