How do I configure Fisheye to support a Perforce Master and failover replica

Have added a Perforce failover replica to migrate the master Perforce server to a different service.

1) How can the failover replica repository be configured in Fisheye during the migration as the two repositories will be duplicates, and

2) How can Fisheye be configured to set to the replica as the Master following the migration and the old master removed.

Fisheye server 4.8.4 and Perforce 2022.1.
