How do I change the scheduled backup path for Crucible/Fisheye?

The docs indicate the config.xml file can be updated to change the default scheduled backup path, however there are no xml tags for <backup> currently in the config.xml file to change. I added my own xml code per FE-2674 but that didn't work. I suspect there is more information needed to get this to work, because the default path must exist somewhere, right?

I am using FisheyeCrucible 2.7.11 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit.
