Greetings,
I'm attempting to establish a connection between Jira and Perforce bidirectionally. My goal is to ensure that any modifications made in Perforce are reflected in the corresponding Jira ticket. To facilitate this, I'm utilizing a third-party application named Atlassian FishEye.
Although the link from Perforce to Jira has been successfully established, I am encountering difficulties associating Perforce changes with a Jira ticket. According to the information provided in this article: Perforce Jobs in Fisheye and JIRA | Fisheye | Atlassian Documentation, a specific field is required for this purpose.
However, I have been unable to locate this required field. Could you please provide assistance in identifying or configuring the necessary field for linking Perforce changes to a Jira ticket?
Regards,
Hagop H.
@hagop hadji akian I only came across your question today.
I am sure if it was posted under Jira, it would have gotten an answer right away.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Best,
Fadoua
