How can I query the database for a user's email address in Crucible when it's hooked up to Crowd?

I'm looking to get user details on how the cwd_user table connect to the cru tables in Crucible. I'm also interested in querying all the comments that are associated with those ID's.
I'm using Crucible version 4.4.
