Fisheye not displaying copied Subversion tags

Hi, I hope someone can help, not getting much luck from support so far.

Historically I had the following repository structure in Subversion:

<repo_name>/Projectx/tags/versions/<tag_name>

The developers have created recent projects with the more "standard" Subversion structure:

<repo_name>/Projectx/tags/<tag_name>

Having installed Fisheye and wanting to standardise my installation I went about copying tags (using the "copy to..." function in TortoisSVN repo-browser) from the "versions" sub-folder to the "tags" folder. I then deleted the "versions" folder.

Having indexed the repository with the additional symbolic rule "/project/trunk/.../project/branches/NAME/.../project/tags/NAME/..." the tags appear fine (even the deleted "versions" subfolder is visible). The problem is that Fisheye is not showing any files or folders in the tagged folders. The history is visible in the Subversion log (using TortoiseSVN/show log) but Fisheye does not seem to be indexing the history past the copy/move that I did. Any ideas?

UPDATE: It has been confirmed by Atlassian as a bug. It had already been recorded as https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-5172
