Fisheye jira integration

While installing fisheye we get this error at connect to JIRA stage.(Stage 3)

We have two user directory at jira first one is Active Directory server(Microsoft Active Directory) and second one is JIRA Internal Directory.

Failed to register FishEye configuration in JIRA for shared user management. Received: 400 Bad Request

Are there any suggestion for that?

Is "Accept Remote API Calls" turned ON in JIRA?
