Fisheye. Problem when creating Atlassian JIRA User Directory.

Hello,
I tried to create Atlassian JIRA User Directory -
UserDirectories ->
Add Directory (Type - Atlassian JIRA) ->
Fill required fields (server url, Application Name, Application Password)

Why is the "Save and Test" button disabled (greyed out)?

It's usually greyed out when the remote directory is not responding on the url you've given it (this is before it even looks at user name and password). Have you given it a valid Jira url it can get to?

Jira url was correct,
but application ip for fisheye in JIRA
(Administration -> UserManagement->JiraUserServer)
was wrong.
