Hi, on submitting a commit to our subversion repository we recieve the following error on Fisheye:

FishEye could not execute the smart commit because of an unexpected error: Active Objects failed to initalize for bundle com.atlassian.fecru.plugin.commithook.fecru-webhooks-plugin
Please manually perform the required action within Crucible. 

Any ideas on resolving this would be appreciated

It seems you may be affected by https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-6189.

Please try the steps suggested in the workaround to resolve this problem.
