Error in Crucible

Hi,

we ran into an error when trying to close a review: in the Status field a message appeared in red says "An error has occured. Please contact your administrator for more information. error was: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; Premature end of file."

WHat does that mean?

Hi Rumi,

Can you take a look into your instance logs (in FISHEYE_INST/var/log folder) and find this exception there? There should be more details explaining perhaps cause of this problem.
