So I configured "Create Review" > Edit Details > Due Date and added 1 working day before to the Send Reminder field but my reviewer is not getting any due date reminder emails. They only got the initial email for the creation of the review.
No email notification today (1 day before due date).
Are there any other configurations I need for the Due Date email to send? Also if I chose 1 working day before due date, does it send the email 24 hours prior to the due date or when exactly is one day before? Thanks

Welcome to the Atlassian community! I came across this and noticed there's no answer yet. Are you still on Crucible, or has it been resolved in the meantime?
Just to share a little tip in case it helps anyone: the main reason for this issue is that Crucible's reminder job runs once each day at a set time, not precisely 24 hours before the due date. So, when it says "1 working day before," it means the reminder will go off during that day's scheduled run, which might be early in the morning. If the due date is after this run has already happened, then the reminder might miss its chance.
Check Admin > Mail > Mail Configuration to verify SMTP settings and test the connection. If the initial review email arrived but the reminder didn't, review Crucible logs around the reminder time for scheduler errors.
Worth noting that Fisheye and Crucible are reaching their final end-of-support and end-of-life on May 15, 2028. Are you currently evaluating a migration, or have you already chosen a new toolset?
