Crucible reviews not showing up

I am not getting crucible review and neither the "create review" button of crucible.

Getting below error

WARN - Unable to find requested review: null, referer = null, request uri = [/cru/review.do]

WARN - Review with ID 3764 not found while getting Review by ID

Hi Kapil,

Can you add here a snippet of the logs being written when trying to create the review in Crucible?

Which version of Crucible are you currently running? 

I see that you commented on this question, in that case, the customer resolved the problem with a re-install of Crucible. Did you try that?
