How can author modify the content of the file directly in crucible interface to incorporte the review points and close the review cycle. Once the reviewer accept the author feedback and mark the review process as complete, Commit the changes to source file to the repository.

There is no way that a user can live edit changes in the Crucible ui and have them committed to the source repository backing Crucible.

The author can make changes to the source as per their usual development workflow, commit the changes and add those iteratively to the review (click on Edit Review > Add Content). These new changes will be added ontop of the existing Crucible review and will allow the review participants to review the new changes.
