Can i clear a deleted JIRA issue from its Crucible review?

Brand new to this system, so please be patient...
i am doing a code review and wanted to create an issue to revisit later. i did so, but in a JIRA Project that is volatile as we migrate our old tickets into JIRA.
The issue was deleted from that Project, so when i click its link in Crucible, i'm shown a message that the issue can't be viewed - as expected.
However, the link persists and i'd like to be able to recreate the issue later on when we have our permanent JIRA Projects set up. Unfortunately, i don't see a way to clean up the dead issue and recover the "Create Issue" link for that particular review comment.
Any help?
