Can I use smart commits with multiple issues and different transitions?

I have used smart commits succesfully already but only when I use a single transition.

This works: CCFDRC-78 CCFDRC-79 #done

This does not: CCFDRC-85 #done CCFDRC-84 CCFDRC-82 #waiting

Can I use smart commits with multiple issues and different transitions? I so, how do I do this?
