Atlassian Fisheye service would not start on Windows 10

Hi,

I just installed Fisheye.

I have already installed Java on a folder (under my /Users/<username> folder) which doesn't have spaces.

When I open in localhost:8060, it doesn't work.

Windows Service Control Manager shows 'Atlassian Fisheye' service, but when I start it, it fails with the message:

"The Atlassian Fisheye service terminated with the following service-specific error:
Incorrect function."

Can someone help how to troubleshoot this?

I think the issue was that I had installed Fisheye and Java in the users folder. When I installed both Java and then Atlassian in the root folder of the OS drive, Fisheye started working.
