I cannot add a reviewer to an existing project review in Crucible. As Sys Admin I should have the ability but this person does not show up when I go to add them.

Hi @Gail Zapolski

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

I would check the project-specific permissions instead of relying on global system administrator rights. In Crucible, users must be explicitly permitted to act as reviewers within a specific project's configuration to appear in the user picker dropdown.

You need to look into this by navigating to Administration > Project Settings, selecting your specific project, and reviewing the permissions layout. You need to ensure that the target user or their group is added to the allowed reviewers list for that particular project.
