Accidentally removed a file from Crucible review. How to restore it?

I misclicked and hit the little red 'x' on one of the files in Crucible. The file was immediately removed from the review, and there doesn't appear to be any way to restore it.

In "View Review History" I can see the details of me removing that file.

Hi @Dean Reading , I may be misunderstanding your question but let me give it a shot. From crucible itself there isn't any way to restore however, if the review is from a repository, you should be able to retrieve the file and add back to the review.
