Able to add the files while review, but cannot view the context of files for SVN repository.

Hi Team,

Fisheye is activated for an SVN repository, was able to add the files when started a review. But couldn't see the context of files.

PS: Have performed reindexing still no change in the issue.

Thanks!

Since Fisheye is enabled for the SVN repository and the files were successfully added to the review, it appears the review itself is being created correctly. However, the fact that the file context is not displayed suggests that Fisheye may not be able to retrieve or associate the corresponding repository revisions.

As you've already performed a reindex without any improvement, could you please check:

  • Whether the affected files are visible and browsable in Fisheye outside of Crucible reviews.
  • Whether the repository synchronization/indexing completed successfully without errors.
  • If the issue affects all files/reviews or only specific paths/files in the SVN repository.
  • The Fisheye/Crucible logs for any repository access, indexing, or revision retrieval errors.

This information should help determine whether the issue is related to repository indexing, permissions, or a problem resolving file revisions for context generation.
