Hi @Ed H_ - looks like Jira and JSM are currently down ("We couldn't connect to that work item.") but my brand new System Health dashboard reports:

Jira is fully operational and Jira Service Management is fully operational

So uh....

Also, I would expect that System Health would have the same information as https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/ but after tonight's outage and restoration, I still do not see anything for today under System health - Jira history:

Is this feature hidden for HIPAA compliant organizations? I looked up the release note in Apps > Release management > App updates, and the status is marked as "Rollout Complete" but I do not have a "System health" option under Insights.

This is not the first time an app update marked as complete has been missing from my org, but it is the most frustrating since I am running Enterprise and need to inform multiple site admins when an incident is posted.

I'm not sure if https://www.edx.org

Is a broader or specific?

Because I don't want to work on all of this really if I already raised a ticket.
