We’re looking to speak with administrators to better understand how licence management works today. We’d like to learn about your current workflows including challenges, manual steps, or issues you encounter along the way.

Hi Anika,

Thank you for sharing this opportunity.

I’m generally very interested in participating. However, I wanted to clarify something regarding the phrase "questions about your licence management workflow".

The wording sounds as if many organisations already have established or even automated workflows in place for licence management, reporting, allocation, and optimisation.

In my case, a significant part of my work as an Atlassian and user access administrator is actually dealing with the current challenges around licence management. We still have a number of manual processes and a lack of transparency in certain areas, especially when it comes to analysing licence usage, identifying optimisation opportunities, and managing internal versus external users.

Therefore, my perspective would probably focus less on existing automated workflows and more on the challenges, gaps, and areas where the Atlassian administration experience could be improved.
