• Identify who to involve when you run a System of Work discovery in your own organization

• Spot key patterns and gaps in how work flows today (handoffs, intake, misalignments)

• Turn insights into action, outlining a clear improvement plan anchored in your real-world context

• A lightweight, reusable approach for running System of Work discovery sessions

• Ready‑to‑use questions and prompts you can adapt for your own teams
