Org admins: Discover how your organization is utilizing Rovo, Rovo Dev, and other Atlassian apps

Hi Admin community,

Atlassian has introduced the new Platform Usage Dashboard in Atlassian Administration, providing org admins with a centralized hub to monitor and manage usage for Rovo, Rovo Dev, and other usage-based Atlassian applications like Bitbucket.

As Rovo becomes available to all Atlassian Cloud customers and Rovo Dev enters general availability, we want to ensure you have the tools to monitor usage and better understand how teams use AI.

Monitoring usage is going to be helpful in driving thoughtful adoption, thanks for adding this. I wrote a bit more about how to encourage the right adoption by adding in content hygiene - very important to trust and costs - on the original post here.

I have to say that I am exploring ROVO and so far really like the capabilities with Search and Chat. However, my Admin turned off the ability to create Agents. Is there a way that turning on Creating Agents functionality can work for a specific user or group? I think there is a concern of how it will affect our GitLab functions is why the admin turned it off. Please advise. Thank you.
