We have to migrate repos from one bitbucket account to another and also 

create complete holistic solution on same

For me, there is not enough information.

• What do you mean by “account”?
• What is meant by “quantity structure”?
• What do you mean by “create complete holistic solution on same”?

Atlassian has some migration information in their documentation.

To migrate your Bitbucket repos and other related data from one account to another you have a few options:
