Installing multiple applications on the same server is supported but not recommended by Atlassian. Check out the pros and cons here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confeval/other-atlassian-evaluator-resources/server-installing-multiple-applications-on-a-single-server

Since you're considering Docker have look at the images publicly available: https://hub.docker.com/u/atlassian

Please consider evaluating the 4 apps in one machine first, before rolling out everything in production. Also, forecast well the future number of users as this may require a different infrastructure set-up in the future.
