Hi there,
We are facing a critical issue that affects our daily works. Our Jenkins setup is running in a docker container and there is a Jira integration that allows us to log in with our Jira Credentials.
However, Our Jira server is moved from a public network to a different private network. Jenkins is also running on a different private network, there is no communication so we are not able to login to Jenkins with our Jira credentials anymore.
We are looking for a way to deactivate Jira integration and try to login with admin user.
Is there anyone who knows a workaround for this problem?
Best Regards,
