How to integrate jira with jenkins using web hooks?

Hi, 

1.  I want to integrate jira into jenkins using web hooks. I don't want to use jira cloud I am using jira premises, and what plug-ins to be used in jenkins. 

2.  And how to do job in jenkins for particular fields in jira tickets like build with parameters?
