How to add a note under Filter name in the dashboard?

I want to know how to add a note like 'Dev completion 6/12, QA 6/15-6/17, Prod release 6/18'   The filter name is say Release 1-21 (this will filter all issues under this release) under this name in the dashboard i want to add the note as above.

Might not need response to my question. Figured out a different way, we'll be using backlog view in Jira & it already has notes field for Sprint.
