problems installing apps Power Database Fields | Add Tables Jira in jira data center

Hello, 

I can't install power database fields on jira data center, i'm having the following error in log file : 

/plugins/servlet/upm [c.a.upm.pac.PacClientImpl] Error when querying application info from MPAC: com.atlassian.marketplace.client.MpacException: java.net.UnknownHostException: marketplace.atlassian.com

my server is not connected to internet, and he can't be.
