how to setup new instance in aws and multiple nodes

What product you are planning to install? What are difficulties you are facing? and have you gone through documentation provided by Atlassian?

Jira Software data center 8.4.1 version we setup new instance i don't no how to move like no idea about aws

You need to know some basics of AWS,

• EC2
• Load Balancer
• Cloud Formation
• RDS

You can find about these online very easily. Once you know this, we can move ahead with installation of Jira Software Data Center using Cloud Formation template provided by Atlassian - https://aws.amazon.com/quickstart/architecture/jira/

If you get stuck at some you can always ping me back. Or you can also connect with Atlassian/Solution partner for help.

PS - Installation part is easier, but configuration and linking all component is bit complicated.
