Unable to setup outgoing mail configuration

I need to configure outgoing mail in Jira Data Center. Attaching the screenshots of configurations and error log. Pls. suggest

To make it work please:

• check TLS
• provide whole gmail address as Username

Thanks @Piotr Zadrożny _Eyzee_ ; tried with checking TLS & e-mail as user name; still not able to send mail attaching the screenshot of the error log.

Please make sure that you provide correct username and password credentials for Gmail account. 

Google is also by default blocking some sign-in options. You can  disable this protection by enabling "Less secure app access" in gmail account. To do so, go to https://myaccount.google.com/security and click Turn on access (not recommended) in Less Secure App Access section, then confirm by switching this ooption to enable. In following screenshots you can find configuration that I have just verified with brand new gmail account.

There is also a better, more secure way, to configure that connection:

1. Disable Less Secure App Access (in https://myaccount.google.com/security  )
2. Enable 2-step verification (in https://myaccount.google.com/security  )
3. Create App password (in https://myaccount.google.com/security  )
4. Provide new app password in Jira configuration
