I'd check their documentation for this:

  1. Go to the App's Marketplace listing
  2. Select the Support tab: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211138/traceabilityx-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=support
  3. Access their documentation.

You can also contact the vendor to ask this question, using the contact options in the right-hand menu on the Support tab.
