We've made it easier to connect your Data Center environment to Portfolio Insights — the Cloud Admin Hub feature that surfaces actionable recommendations to optimize performance, strengthen security, and plan your path to Cloud. Everything you need, in a single dashboard.

What's new: One-click install on Marketplace

Previously, getting set up with Portfolio Insights meant installing and updating several DC apps individually. Now, Portfolio Insights for Jira & Confluence Data Center bundles everything into a single Marketplace install — one click to get started, one update path to stay current.

What's included

When you install Portfolio Insights for Jira Data Center (or Portfolio Insights for Confluence Data Center), you automatically get the latest versions of:

• Cloud Companion (CCC) – secure connector to Portfolio Insights

• Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tool (ATST) – diagnostics and support data

• Instance Optimizer for Jira (IO4J) – keeps your Jira instance lean and performant

• Jira / Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA / CCMA, incl. DCF) – plan and move instance data to Cloud

One install, one update path, and everything stays in sync.

• Uninstalling the bundle won't remove them . Instead, they continue to be managed via UPM, so you keep full control

• No PII or user-generated content is collected

Finally, was a right pain having to arrange downloads of multiple plugins for this.

Having problems with Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant. I cannot enable it. Only old version works after unistalling latest and deleting cache directories. Anyone has the same problem or a solution?
