Is there any way to check the plugin usage for Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket Data Center?

Hi All,

Is there any way to check the plugin usage for Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket Data Center? We would like to know if users are really using the plugin or not.

I only found a plugin in called "App Usage for Jira". 

Is there any other plugin or ways to check for Confluence and Bitbucket?
