Insight Reporting on History Data/Attributes

Looking for instructions on how to create Filters and Reports using Insight Historical data.  

For example, I need to create a report for when a field/attribute changes.

For example, if I want to write an IQL Filter to search for objectType = ""

How would I find what the object Type is or the object Type ID?
