Thank You for the help, actually we have some options in our audit logs already those are:

Date:

Author:

Category:

Sumarry:

Affected objects:

Now we would like to add few more options into that, basically related to deletion and movement of issues, so once the user delete or move the issues we can get the log details  regarding that.

I found some steps but not be able to follow them:

Category: Issues
Coverage level Events logged
Base Issue security scheme added to project, Issue security scheme removed from project
Advanced (additional events on top of Base)
CURRENTLY NO ADDITIONAL EVENTS AVAILABLE
Full (additional events on top of Base and Advanced)
CURRENTLY NO ADDITIONAL EVENTS AVAILABLE
