We are moving from the Server version to Data Center and will be using the Archive feature. We currently have a number of projects regarding one application that uses a standard set of ~4200 test cases or significant portions of the ~4200. We are currently cloning these test cases from a 'template project' and moving them to each project as it is created. We know that indexing/ cloning etc. large numbers of issues affects performance. Is it possible to archive the 'template' and clone it from within the archive or do we have to restore the project prior to cloning?
