Can we use JIRA Production Data Center License in Test Server

We have a JIRA Production Data Center License 

So I want to use the same license into JIRA Test Server..

Please give an Solid explanation regarding my issue.!!!.

you can use a developer license, please note it's only available for your technical contacts.

Get a developer license for Jira Server
