@mention Calling all Datacenter and Server Experts! People have been having trouble with there systems crashing and losing of data and files and even networking problems.  Can you guys help with this?  I relly need you help.  Thank you.

This is pretty generic. What deployment methods are you usings? What version of Jira? Logs/details around what users are doing would also help in troubleshooting. 

 

There is always getting Support Zip and reaching out directly to Atlassian is probably one of the best ways to get this solved.

@Adam Johnson  I aplogize.  I'm figuring it out. But, thank you for all your help.  The Trello staff along with other (Adaptavit, datacenter, server and other are helping out, but thank you guys.)
