Block the activity parts X day of the month

HI everyone,

I would like to know if I can block the activity parts in tempo. for example, set a day of the month so that the hours already registered can´t be modified. 

Case:   In the last week of the month that a record has to be provisioned and that it cannot be modified after X day.

In case you have a valid subscription it make sense to check that directly with Tempo support.
I fear that after some time passed a proper solution would be found from Atlassian Community anymore.
