On March 28, 2029, Jira Data Center will retire. What a big day! It really feels like the end of an era. 🕰️

Of course, we’re sad to say goodbye to our old and reliable friend, Data Center. But that’s how life goes. Things change, people change, and even Jira changes. Maybe a slice of cake will help us feel better. 🍰

We know that building new relationships with Cloud isn’t easy. Still, we have to accept it and move forward, even if it’s tough. Maybe in the future, Data Center can finally rest and pick up some new hobbies. 🎨📚

Let’s get ready together! We can make this big change easier if we help each other. Let’s enjoy the party and support our Jira community! 🥂

We do not plan to move to Jira Cloud. We will move on and say goodbye to Jira and to Atlassian. Things change, people change, relationships change and this relationship broke up. We as a company are sad but we are looking forward into a new future without Cloud

We are at the beginning of an evaluation process to determine which alternative is most suitable. Therefore we dont have an explicit partner yet. However, the applications we plan to evaluate include openproject.org, plane.so, youtrack, redmine, Gitlab
