We are currently upgrading to Jira 8.13.6, but I noticed that there are now versions 8.13.7 and 8.13.8.

Based on the postings I've read so far, the Long Term Support release version would be 8.13.6, but I'm not entirely sure. Can you clarify if the whole Version 8.13.x is considered a Long Term Support release "family" or is it just Version 8.13.6?

Our team is currently on Confluence Server version 7.13.7 LTS, and I would like to upgrade to the new LTS 7.19.4 release. Plan your upgrade says I need to upgrade to 7.17.1, which is not a LTS. I figured there may be a hop involved because we are so far behind, but should I be able to upgrade from on LTS to another? Are there database changes involve? Could I upgrade to LTS 7.13.11 then hop to 7.19.4?
