How do I turn my microphone and camera back on?

I'm new to this website, and while exploring it. I turned off the microphone and the camera. I've tried turning them back on and I've been unsuccessful with doing so. May someone guide me by helping me turn them back on?

Last but not least, when I voice record, am I not able to hear my recording when I try to play it back on this website?

Let me confirm that you are talking about Loom not the Amazon Connect for Customer service management. If this is Loom's issue:

• Are you using a desktop app or the web app?
• For your microphone when you are speaking, do you see the wave pulses?
