Hi @Deva B Santa and welcome,

first of all, try to clean Crowd cache and restart the application .

1. Stop Crowd
2. rm -rf $CROWD_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins
   rm -rf $CROWD_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins
   rm -rf $CROWD_HOME/caches/*
3. Start Crowd

In a data center instance, please apply this to each node of your cluster.
