Read only permissions possible?

Is there a way that I can create a "view only" role so a functional admin can check if a user should have access to a certain application in Crowd? But I don't want to make them a full admin.

I've tried adding the user to a group and allowing this group to authenticate - the person can now log into the crowd console but they only see their own information. They can't look at the groups system wide - any way to allow this?

As far as I know, Crowd doesn't provide a built-in read-only administrator role. Users who can log in without admin permissions can generally only view their own profile.

If someone needs to check users, groups, or application access, they usually need Administrator permissions. As an alternative, you could use the Crowd REST API or generate reports to share the required information without granting full admin access.
