Hey Team,
I am trying to switch Crowd directory from AD to Jumpcloud Open LDAP directory, everything is good with settings , Full sync completed and users, groups all are imported.
However, if we use our Jumpcloud Credentials to Login into Crowd it says invalid Login.
What am i missing ? Could any experts help me.
Hi @Ravi Kumar ,
please check crowd application settings. In particular check that your directory is in first position. I think that there are user with the same username in more than one directory. In this case directory oprder in the application configuration could solve your issue.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
I was able to fix this there some variables within the settings which fixed it. I dont recall now as we retired crowd. But thanks for the comment.

Hi @Ravi Kumar
You have successfully configured your identity provider with :
Identity provider Entity ID
Identity provider SSO URL
Public x509 Certificate
??
I invite you to take a look at these documentations :

Hey no , this is not about the SSO with Jumpcloud. This is about Open LDAP integration between Jumpcloud and Atlassian Crowd.
