Saeid Jafari

Hi,

I have different active directories in Crowd which is add with a connector. And I have an internal directory . I need a group in Internal with different users in all of directories. When I import users in active directory I have this errors : "  User encryption algorithms must match between directories ".

Additionally, I have not availability to change active directory encryption. and an encryption is null.

Hi @Saeid Jafari ,

I don't know if you're managing groups internally in crowd or not, BTW if you have different durectories you need just to have the same group name on directories and put user memberships within.

At application level, group will be transferred with users coming from different crowd directories.

Hope this clarifies,

Fabio
