Force users to change their password on first login - Jira Service Management DC

Hi, 

does anyone knows if we can invite users to our Jira and force them to change the password in the first login? 

We do not use crowd, we use Jira data center and the users are stored in the internal Jira directory, there is no other directory enabled. 

When we create the users, we can set the passwords but we need to make sure they change it in all cases. 

I cannot find a solution. Maybe someone has a workaround?

Hello @PaulaA ~ Jira DC does not have an OOB solution for this when using the Internal Directory.  There are several apps in the Marketplace that seem to address this though:  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=password+policy&product=jira&hosting=dataCenter
