Hi:

My Users is below 2000.

What's the advise setting of LDAP Connection Pool .

If the Preferred Pool Size set 3, can it cause the LDAP connection timeout?

My setting

Initial Pool Size: 1

Preferred Pool Size: 50

Maximum Pool Size: 0

Pool Timeout (seconds): 3

Pool Protocol: plain

Pool Authentication: simple

I don't believe this can cause timeout.

Either way, you can set you pool timeout as 0 so it will be unlimited.

If for some reason you perform timeout issues synchronizing with LDAP check this doc:

Hope it helps!

If timeout setting unlimited, then the max LDAP connection could be the login users.

Does it affact the LDAP server.
